This hotel's location is great because it's close to a big shopping center and the airport. the gym was a plus and made it easy to keep up with our workouts while on vacation. It was also fun to explore the mini zoo in the garden. the room was cozy and came with free amenities in the bathroom.

The staff could have been more informative about the hotel's facilities, and some of the staff members were not very friendly.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complementary spa treatment and the champagne upon arrival. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city and the park nearby. the soundproof rooms provided us with the quiet and intimate atmosphere we were looking for.

The breakfast selection was limited and the quality of some of the food items could have been better. We had a mix-up with our room service order, which was disappointing given the otherwise attentive and friendly staff.

Great facilities for families, including a playground and mini zoo, as well as a breakfast selection that includes local favorites and international options. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making travel easy. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

The rooms are a bit cramped, especially if you have more than two people. the hotel can be noisy at times, especially if you have a room facing a busy street.
